Landsea Homes Corporation (Nasdaq: LSEA), a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today it has appointed Will Grimes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the company’s expanding Dallas-Fort Worth division.
“Will’s experience in growing a new homebuilding division, along with his extensive local market experience and sales and customer service expertise, will ensure our team’s continued growth and success in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. His ability to identify and address challenging situations, coupled with his passion for innovative and dynamic sales training make him invaluable to the Landsea Homes team,” said Melissa Kelly, Dallas-Fort Worth Division President, Landsea Homes.
Grimes brings more than 20 years of proven success in competitive sales and marketing in the real estate industry, primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. At Landsea Homes, he will oversee sales and marketing initiatives for the company in one of the fastest-developing cities in the nation.
Prior to joining Landsea Homes, Grimes served in various sales and marketing leadership positions at other reputable homebuilding companies such as Mattamy Homes, Lennar Homes, and Mercedes Homes.
